Cynergy Data is seeking candidates with senior call center experience and some exposure to credit for Underwriting opportunities in our College Point Office.  As part of our Applications Processing team, you will serve as the main point of contact for our merchants throughout the application process via email and telephone to review applications for completeness, accuracy, and acceptability.  Prior successes with customer support, supported by strong analytical and organizational skills are desired.  We are looking for candidates who take the initiative to follow up and take ownership of their work.  A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business related discipline and a minimum of two years underwriting experience is required--along with the ability to multi-task and effectively communicate.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel software programs are necessary for success in this role.
