Ideal Candidate:

Possess a working knowledge of electric power and energy systems and are familiar with power conditioning systems and their applications

Work experience in an electrical test laboratory and working knowledge of laboratory test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, current probes, digital power meters, data acquisition systems, etc.

Able to lead projects and manage project teams, develop system and component test procedures, analyze and review test data, and provide written reports and presentations of project status, research, analysis, and results

Effectively multitask and manage multiple projects, coordinate and facilitate technical engineering-related communications with peers and clients, and apply scientific and engineering principles, theories, and concepts

Strong work ethic, possesses good inter-personal skills, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills
