Opportunities for motivated, ambitious, career-minded, service-focused individuals exist in Property Claims. Our Homeowners Property Claims Representatives will:
o Inspect damaged homeowners property and determine claims related damage
o Estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen property
o Identify subrogation rights, report on claim status and negotiate settlements (has authority to make payment of assigned claims within set limits)
o Must be willing and able to climb on roofs and access small, confined spaces
o Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a company paid 3 week off-site training course in Los Angeles, CA

This is not an auto property damage position. Homeowners property only.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
o Four-year college degree
o Min. 1-year experience in claims adjusting or in a customer service based position
o Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and
decision making skills
o Valid driver's license
o Computer proficiency
o Construction experience/knowledge helpful, but not required
o Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus!
