TURF MANAGER, SALES AND SERVICE

PERSONALITY TRAITS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

We look for individuals who are: motivated, ambitious, high energy, hard working, sharp, focused, outgoing personality who easily makes friends. Are you a high achiever with absolute integrity? A degree is important. Horticulture, forestry, business or related degree is our first choice.

 

TURF MANAGER: You will manage and maintain 300 to 500 customer properties. This position includes both production and sales. Our turf managers assist customers with a range of horticulture decisions, while fertilizing and providing weed, disease and insect control. You will give landscape advice and make suggestions for maintaining the lawn and landscape. At Ryan, we work hard to make yards fun for our customers. Outstanding individuals will become team leaders, department managers and branch managers.

 

PAY: A recent college graduate starts at approximately $30,000 a year. In this position, you can go up to $90,000+.
