DescriptionPrimary responsibility is to support Trust systems and associated applications. Prepare periodic investment management fees for relationship manager approval. Process miscellaneous fees. Respond to and resolve internal customer requests and questions. Run routine and adhoc reporting and query jobs as needed. Assist with the completion of technical projects. Communicate with/and train other associates on system features and enhancements. Review reports and reconcile out of balance conditions. Perform a variety of clerical duties as related to operational aspects of Trust Operations. Develop desk level procedures for operations functions. Provide backup and support to other operations functions. Work cooperatively with other Trust personnel and vendors to resolve issues.
Required SkillsThree to five years of relevant work experience.Strong PC software application skills, including MS Office; Word, Excel, and Access. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, analytical (mathematical) and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities.Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.Previous experience in operations highly desirable. Must exhibit a strong desire to live our organization's mission, vision and values.
