Compass is currently seeking an Implementation Coordinator provide support to the Treasury Management Systems department at our Corporate Headquarters in downtown Birmingham, Alabama.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Process implementation requests to add, change or delete customers and services within Treasury Management‘s internet delivery platform called Compass e-Access. Verifies set up documentation to ensure all forms are accurate and complete. Complete Compass e-Access welcome kits and customer-specific communications to assist new customers with getting started on the service. Assists in quality control and accuracy of service administered to clients. Provides support to Treasury Mgmt customers using Internet based product. Also, assists with monitoring the system. Participates in and handle specials projects as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two to three years treasury management or general banking experience with a detailed understanding of systems processing also is required. Technical experience in conjunction with customer processes and complex database payment systems and procedures desired. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong PC skills using databases, word-processing and spreadsheets required.
