This is a traveling job, which means you’ll be in the field, then home again every other weekend, with time off between projects paid while you enjoy a paid additional vacation! Your living expenses will be paid while you’re on the job. Travel will be in the SW USA region only, with the first job in California, and others following in Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. Assistant project manager experience or project manager experience required in at least one of the following: the construction of warehouses, distribution centers, car dealerships, cold rooms, meat-packing plants, manufacturing facilities, pre-engineered metal buildings, power plants, offices, medical offices, waste-water treatment plants, or auxiliary buildings. PMs with commercial construction experience and great computer skills!

Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of construction experience for a general contractor Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related discipline required Candidate must be familiar and adept at construction-related documents Dependable Excellent interpersonal skills with clients, architects, subs, and peers Design/Build experience helpful but not required Proficient in typical construction software or in Excel Must be willing to travel to locations in CA, AZ, NV, and CO.
