The Winter Park Call Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time, Regular (9-11 Month), Travel Specialist. This position is available to start on July 1.
The Travel Specialist is responsible for the selling of air and rail
inclusive packages, retail travel needs, and all the duties of a Winter
Park Central Reservation Sales Agent. At least one year of ticketing is
preferred on an airline computer reservations system (CRS) for the
qualified applicant. Familiarity with travel industry operations and
Winter Park area vacation products is desirable. Applicants must have
a pleasant phone manner, general office skills exhibiting a high level of
accuracy, and posses a high school diploma or equivalent.
Computer experience, prior experience in the service/hospitality
industry or familiarity with the travel industry, and knowledge of Winter
Park Resort and the Fraser Valley area are desirable.
