Responsibilities: To enhance our strategy of completely meeting customers' needs and profitability, we are currently seeking a Transportation Clerk in the Fairburn GA area. Your responsibilities will include delivery driver support , routing and scheduling drivers; pre-calling customers & handling customer service issues; auditing inventory; and handling will calls. The position has the following minimum qualifiers: 1-3 years transportation management experience, Proven Customer Service Skills, previous experience with routing and transportation software a plus, PC Literacy (MS Office), Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability. The Transportation Clerk will also be required flexibility/availability of shift hours.
