Transactional Associate Attorney - Beijing

US-based international law firm has a need for several associates in their Beijing office.  The firm is looking for transactional associates with three to seven years of experience, preferably with large law firm training.  The law firm prefers candidates who are fluent in both English and Mandarin.  Energy experience would be desirable, but is not essential.  Top credentials a must.
