Mohr Partners, an International Corporate Real Estate Advisory Firm focused on tenant representation, seeks a Portfolio Account Manager to manage transactions at a Client location. We seek a motivated individual with a strong real estate background.
This position requires a self-sufficient individual with a Connecticut Real Estate license and at least 5 years of corporate real estate experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage renewals, leases, acquisitions and dispositions for a corporate client Manage and negotiate several transactions simultaneously Ability to handle all day to day administration as related to client’s real property. Update client on status of all work in progress Work with client’s specific lease administration software and database Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Client and Managing Partners
Requirements:
Connecticut Real Estate License BA/BS or equivalent experience 5+ years of Corporate Real Estate experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical and detail-oriented
