Position Summary

As a Training Specialist you will train our clients, partners, and employees in the RightNow solution. You will be a team player who will work to continue to improve the way training is sold and delivered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following are summary descriptions of the essential duties and responsibilities of this position, followed by approximate percentages of time that they should require.

Perform standard and customized training services for the RightNow CRM application at the via the following channels: On-site Regular classroom Web-based/RemoteAssist and contribute to the development of curricula to support the RightNow training offeringsWorks with appropriate team members to modify training agendas and materials to meet customer training needsSupports educational programs (such as the Online Learning Center) by assisting in the development and delivering of courses Meet quarterly utilization goals Demonstrate product feature and functionality expertise through demonstrations of practical applications Proactively maintain current knowledge and awareness of product features and functionality and training industry best practices Maintain the customer satisfaction rank (via training surveys) of at least 4 out of 5Other duties, as assigned by management

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background

The following background is required:

·         3+ years consulting and/or training expertise.
·         Solid understanding of product technologies – SQL, PHP, HTML, Java
·         Advanced MS Office skills
·         Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
·         Ability to travel 75%+, including international travel
·         Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, or equivalent work experience
·         High energy, passionate, individual with outstanding stage presence
·         Technical troubleshooting skills, and
·         Classroom management skills.
