Job Description: This up and coming Construction Company is in need of a superstar training manager. 3+ years of management experience whether it be in training course development, documentation, delivery and or start-up experience. This superstar will have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to succeed in a team based environment. Put into action a training process from start to finish with everything in between. Some of the daily duties will include but are not limited too. Develop and implement a curriculum and course development plan to effect skill transfer to employees and managers. Develop the training strategy and mange the training process. Evaluate training needs and ensure quality and effectiveness of trainings.
