Join the world's largest Clinical Technology Organization in the role of Director of Human Resources where you will be responsible for all Human Resources activities pertaining to the East Coast offices, including recruitment and staffing, employee training and development, benefits administration and payroll, legal compliance issues, and employee performance management. The HR Director plans and directs all aspects of the company's Human Resources policies, objectives and initiatives. A large focus will be placed on training and learning and development.

Responsibilities include:

Ability to identify learning needs and develop programs.Facilitate/deliver training programs based on curriculum identified through the needs assessment process.Partner with local academic institutions and vendors to identify programs for internal and external training.Coordinate the performance appraisal process by arranging annual performance appraisals between employees and supervisors. Provide the necessary information to those participating in the appraisal process and guidance in establishing employee goals and objectives.

The qualified candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in a variety of Human Resources concepts, practices and procedures. Additional requirements include 5+ years experience in a training/facilitator capacity7+ years overall HR experience. Learning & Development background (delivery and content design)A Bachelor's Degree in a Business discipline.PHR/SPHR certification is highly preferred.Experience in e-Learning platforms and technologies is a plus
