Due to our tremendous growth, we have the following position available. Our Training Director will lead all aspects of the training function for a growing organization. Provide development, delivery and oversight coordination of the of training programs to enhance leadership, management and technical skills at all levels (Entry thru Sr. Management) for a large regional professional services firm headquartered in North Carolina. Design and implement training curriculum, programs and policies using various instructional methods including instructor-led and e-learning to support the strategic objectives of the organization. Evaluate effectiveness of training and implement improvements to ensure highest standards are met.

Professional Services Industry Experience
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Advanced degree in Adult Education/Learning, Human Resources, HRD, MBA or related field of study preferred.
SHRM and/or ASTD or related certifications preferred
Position will be located in North Carolina. This position requires some travel and reports to our Human Resources Director.
