If you have a background working with a corporate training team and an HR background, an Orange County engineering firm has an opportunity for you as a Training Associate. The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and work independently. If you are a fit for this position, please apply online or by submitting your resume. The requirements and abilities necessary are as follows:
- Assist in the set-up, launch, delivery, and maintenance of multiple training delivery methods such as; computer based, web-based, virtual classrooms, electronic support tools, etc.
- Assist in the assessment and analysis of training program needs.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Prepare, schedule and coordinate facilities, materials, and travel arrangements as necessary.
- Process and track requests for training.
- Promptly and professionally answer all telephone calls, written and e-mail correspondence while in the office.
- Complete other training initiatives and/or special projects as directed by the Manager.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
- Two year business degree and/or HR Certification with minimum 1-2 years personnel/training experience or equivalent combinations training and related experience.
- Basic technical training experience a plus.
- Construction industry knowledge preferred.
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent PC skills in MS Office applications, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Needs a positive, conscientious attitude.
