Business Resource Solutions, LLC is a shared services organization representing Vista International Operations Inc for all Human Resource and recruiting activities.  Vista International Operations Inc is currently seeking candidates for the following opening: Training and Documentation Manger.

Candidate must be able to codify and maintain critical USCENTCOM peacetime, deployment, and wartime operational standard operating procedures (SOPs); and to plan, design, develop, implement, and manage web-based and instructor led training for the CCJ3.  SOP codification includes organizing, leading and supporting USCENTCOM-wide working groups updating USCENTCOM regulations (CCRs); and developing general and desk-specific SOPs for the CCJ3’s Joint Operations Center (JOC).  Focus of the training effort is to provide new CCJ3 personnel the knowledge and skills needed to perform their assigned duties within CCJ3.  Training program scope includes: leadership, mission and responsibilities for all CCJ3 directorates, divisions and branches; procedures for using joint Command and Control (C2) applications; and utilization procedures for existing video- and telecommunications equipment, and computer hardware/software. Candidate will design, develop, implement and evaluate web-based orientation training programs for each of the CCJ3’s subordinate divisions and the USCENTCOM JOC; training covers CCJ3 organization and mission, and organizational structures, missions and priorities of CCJ3 divisions. Provides detailed coordination with CCJ6 web developers to plan, install, and improve the effectiveness of the CCJ3 on-line training website. Provides indoctrination training management and documentation for all CCJ3 personnel.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.

Candidae must have at least 3-5 years experience in training and documentation.

Must have a TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to travel 90-180 days  (max TDY) to Kuwait, Qatar, or Bahrain.
