Requirements:
Our clients are looking for the following Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and other Engineering disciplines Functional/technical knowledge and experience in manufacturing environments Lean Manufacturing experience or Six Sigma certification a plus Ability to work independently, collectively within a team environment and be self-motivated in work habits Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership ability Experience working with 3D software such as Pro-Engineer, Inventor, and SolidWorks Flexibility for new responsibilities and ability to juggle multiple tasks
