Key Responsibilities

Facilitating TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities of operational teams and site projects Achieving objective performance results through coaching and training teams in the implementation of TPM Implementing the methodology of a Continuous Improvement culture to the entire site

Education and Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical field Practical background in TPM or Six Sigma methodology within a manufacturing environment Experience in a teaching/training role Familiarity with the following tools

o Statistical Process Control

o Reliability and Downtime tracking tools

o Wonderware/IMERX

o Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

o Project Management (MS Project)
