Qualifications:

Class work in ECE CDA or AA degree preferred, but will train! 1-2 years of relevant experience working with toddlers Desire to work with young children and families Familiarity with developmentally appropriate curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to professional development Enthusiastic team player

 

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children aged 15 months to 2 ½ years.  Your primary function is to stimulate the emotional, intellectual and social growth of children by managing and maintaining a safe, warm and inviting classroom environment that encourages young children to discover and explore.  You will be developing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities, adhering to established health and safety standards, licensing regulations and company policies.  Additional responsibilities include assessment of child developmental milestones and ongoing parent communication.  

 

Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children, have a stable employment history and possess excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
