Building wealth and rewarding careers, Countrywide Bank, FSB, is one of the largest banks in the nation with current assets of more than $100 billion.* From offering highly competitive deposit product rates to outstanding career possibilities, experience the extreme value we place on entrepreneurial talents and our team’s innovations.   * Based on current assets and other banking data reported to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) 1st quarter, 2007.     Trustee’s Sale Processor Countrywide Bank Recon Trust performs non-judicial foreclosure and lien release services to Countrywide, and its affiliates, as well as provides similar services to investors and mortgage lenders throughout the country.  We currently offer foreclosure trustee services in non-judicial states: California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Montana, Utah, Alaska, Virginia, Idaho, Arkansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Mississippi and Texas, with plans for expansion into additional non-judicial jurisdictions through 2009.  Primary Responsibilities Include:Reviewing and auditing Trustee's Sale Guarantees (TSG's) for accuracy and correct deficiencies Inputting required data to schedule publications, postings, sales Acting as primary back up to New Order Technicians to open or audit new orders and process 10-day mailings Answering phones and assist customer, filing and performing other job related duties as assigned Preparing or reviewing various legal documents required to complete the foreclosure (Assignments, Substitutions, Bankruptcy Releases) Consistently supporting the commitment to compliance by adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and Countrywide Bank's policies and procedures and reporting all incidence of non-compliance to immediate managerA successful candidate will have:High school education or equivalent requiredAuditing skills and the ability to make decisions based on specific circumstances are required Must have strong technical knowledge of the trustee's sale process to ensure that a valid sale is conducted Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency / Ability to meet deadlines Ability to follow up Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills PC skills—preferably with Windows programsThe ideal candidate may also possess:High school education or equivalent required, college degree is a plus Prior experience in title review, default, foreclosure, REO, or loss mitigation is a plus Some trustee or foreclosure processing experience desired, loan service experience of any kind is a plus Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
