The Patient Accounting Department is looking for a strong Third Party Reviewer with previous patient accounting experience and proficiency in MS Office applications along with a high school diploma or relevant experience. The Reviewer will resolve accounts residing in the billing queue. These accounts are in need of data correction prior to billing Third Party insurers. The resolution process may involve data manipulation based upon instructions of Certified Coders, units of Partners HealthCare, and/or various electronic database systems. He/She will also follow established processes in accordance with Medicare regulatory guidelines and verbally communicate progress details to the department supervisor or manager. There is also the requirement to prepare limited reporting on assigned error queue activity such as volumes, issues and resolutions.

Strong proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Strong written and verbal skills; ability to handle large volumes of work in a timely manner; ability to manage multiple tasks having complex procedural steps. High School diploma or relevant training required.
