Requirements

*Ability to work a flexible schedule that requires working nights, weekends & holidays!

*Ability to pass a thorough background check

*High School Diploma or (G.E.D.) equivalent

*Minimum of one year management experience

*Working ability to perform all management and supervisory functions

*Excellent guest service skills

*Ability to effectively train and develop others

*Effective oral and written communication skills

*Proven leadership skills

*Proven ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision

*Self accountable and ability to hold others accountable
