Because of this successful history, Xetron is continuously looking to add new talent to its staff.  Currently, we have an opportunity for a Test Engineering Manager.

 

Responsibilities include:

Candidate must have comprehensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for acceptance and verification testing. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.  Experience should include test development using hardware and software development tools.  Experience with one or more of the following software test tools/languages: Labwindows /CVI, C++, C##, JAVA, SlikTest, Quick Test, Eggplant and Seapine SQA is desired.  Candidate will also be responsible for functional management of the Test Design engineers.  Functional responsibilities include: provide direction on activities in accordance with organization goals, motivate team members and facilitate team meetings, cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors, identify and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions, monitors team budget and ensure proper use of assets.  Candidate should have the ability to lead project and proposal teams and be responsible for the technical evaluation of employees using the Performance Appraisal System.  Position requires a BSEE or BSCE degree or equivalent experience.  A DoD TS clearance is desirable.  The ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.

 

Basic Qualifications:

BSEE, BSCE or equivalent.  10 years of related experience.  DoD Secret Clearance. 

Preferred Qualifications:
MSEE, MSCE or MBA and a DoD Top Secret Clearance
