Local Anheuser-Busch wholesaler seeking beverage industry experienced (Preferably in Alcohol Business) Territory Sales Manager to cover Hudson & Essex county areas.

The Territory Sales Manager reports to the General Sales Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing sales representatives & merchandisers Account management of over 250 accounts split between On-Premise & Off-Premise Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Weekly team meetings Creating monthly team incentives with some direction from General Sales Managers Team training & development Promotional activity Special event execution Other duties as assigned by General Sales Manager

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years Beverage Sales Experience. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook. Able to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great interpersonal & organizational skills required. Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Creativity, Meeting Sales Goals. Attention to detail. Bi-lingual helpful.
