We need a talented individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Manager for Windward Petroleum, Inc.. In this position, you will be the one who serves customers; services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts; adjusts content of sales presentations; focuses sales efforts; submits orders; keeps management informed; monitors competition; recommends changes in products, service, and policy; resolves customer complaints; maintains professional and technical knowledge; provides historical records; contributes to team effort.

Qualifications

Makes articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.

Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.

Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.

Skilled negotiator. Negotiates or mediates discussions competently, making concessions while accomplishing goals and protecting interests.

Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

Ranks within the top 10% of current sales force. Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.

Develops new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Experience managing accounts and targeting prospects within a designated region.

Is confident in a variety of settings. Has an unshakable belief in own skills and capabilities.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Industrial lubricant experience a plus!
