This job is responsible for leading the sales management of their assigned territory functioning as a Territory Sales Manager. The incumbent will sell and promote Company products (Soda Ash and PC) to present active customers and develop new customer opportunities and relationships in order to achieve all annual and three (3) year sales goals and maximize profitability. Territory consist of the following area:
North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Eastern Canada (Manitoba East)
REQUIREMENTS:
· Four year college degree – MBA desired
· 3-5 years sales experience
· Good analytical, planning and organizing skills
· Familiarity with logistics, invoicing, manufacturing
· Well developed written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to relocate
· Ability to travel a minimum of 60% of time
· Desire to build strong relationships with outside customers
Ability and desire to work independently
