This structure provides opportunities for improved cross-divisional selling synergies, single-point of distributor contact, consistency in customer processes and policies, and expanded cross-divisional merchandising support. DENTSPLY North America is responsible for executing sales strategy and driving sales growth. The individual divisions continue to develop, manufacture, market and support their own product lines. Territory representatives develop new prospects and interact with existing customers directly or in collaboration with dealers to sell the division?s products and/or services. In collaboration with marketing and other partners, successful representatives develop and implement sales business plans for their territories. Qualified candidates are able to coordinate and host trade-shows/exhibits/seminars/clinical meetings to build product demand, and reflect a positive and professional image to our customers. The Territory Representative position requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of business to business selling experience. Candidates must have basic professional, technical, functional, or business knowledge, and the ability to analyze problems and solve them creatively. Qualified candidates must be able to plan for and make a minimum of 13 sales calls to group practice offices or dental schools per day. A valid driver?s license is required.
