We are seeking a Territory Manager for the Southern Colorado & Northern New Mexico Territory.

 

The mission of the Territory Manager is to maximize territory profitability by the attainment of territory goals and effective cost management, while ensuring the delivery of the Service Vision to increase Member satisfaction and retention by selecting, supervising, developing and supporting Service Provider staff.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

Delivering the territory business plan for all lines of business (centers, travelers and At Work)Recruiting, selecting and developing high quality Service Provider staffSourcing, managing and growing meeting locations and centers in the territoryManaging key operating expenses to maximize profitability

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION

v     Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills

v  Self-starter with superior analytical, problem solving & critical thinking skills

v     Prior Supervisory/Management experience (3 – 5 years in multi-unit management preferred)

v  Strong leadership and team building skills

v     Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.

v     Maintenance of weight within two pounds of the Weight Watchers BMI weight goal range

v      Travel required.
