Our operations are bilingual (English/Spanish).

 

GAINSCO Auto Insurance has an immediate opening in our Marketing Department for a Territory Manager/Marketing Representative in Houston, TX   

 

Responsibilities:

Business development throughout the Houston Metro Territory Acquiring sales through the Independent Agency channel Building and maintaining relationships with agents and accounts Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships Appointing new agents and managing key initiatives Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential agents; discovering and exploring opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, with emphasis in Sales and Marketing Current or previous experience (1-2 years minimum) outside sales and/or marketing experience Experience with auto or other insurance considered but not required Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred Computer proficient Ability to work independently and be a self starter in a fast paced environment Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills Travel required Reliable transportation is needed
