HT Staffing was founded in 2001 by industry leaders to provide unsurpassed staffing and direct hire solutions to companies both large and small. We have steadily grown opening five additional offices throughout Texas.

Our HT Staffing division was organized to serve the temporary staffing needs of our clients searching for clerical and light industrial skilled individuals. HT Staffing is currently searching for a Business Development Manager to join our team of over-achievers in Austin. We are looking for the best and the brightest sales professional/manager to join our fast growing team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will use your proven sales expertise to develop and grow your client base by selling temporary staffing services. Additionally, you will strengthen your relationship building skills by making extensive cold calls, outbound sales calls and conducting in-person meetings with key managers for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying key project needs.

We are looking for an individual to join our team that has proven experience building a client portfolio. HT Staffing is an owner-operated company with partners in each office.
