Our client, a prestigious Atlanta law firm, is seeking a temporary attorney to assist with a very busy corporate practice.  The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers & acquisitions, securities, or other general corporate matters.  Qualified attorney must be admitted, active and in good standing with any state bar. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in the firm's office and be available for at least 2-3 months.  This position provides excellent compensation in a collegial work environment.
