We are looking to add a talented Project Manager, Site Acquisition Specialist, and Construction Manager to our team due to the expansion and growth of our business.
Project Manager:
Qualified candidate must have a college degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction or related field; Real Estate Sales or Broker’s License; Minimum of two years SA and PM experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following (not an exhaustive list):
Oversee the successful completion of an assigned wireless site development project.Trouble shoot, discuss and resolve complex issues with clients, RF engineers, surveyors, abstractors, and landowners.Ensure zoning/permitting activities are on schedule.Reviews third-party services; reviews final work product before submission to client.
Site Acquisition Specialist:
Qualified candidate must have a college degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction or related field; Real Estate Sales or Broker’s License; Leasing and negotiating experience in the wireless telecom industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. The Site Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the following (not an exhaustive list):
Conduct site searches; select acquisition candidates; research property ownership; negotiate leases/purchases.Assembles and submits a complete SCIP for client approvalPrepares maps and drawings; cursory environmental assessments, and takes photos.Executes documents and conducts site meetings with contract personnel (surveyors, etc.)
Construction Manager:
Qualified candidate must have a High School degree plus 2 years Advanced Education or Specialized Training (i.e. Construction) preferred; 3 to 4 years construction or installation experience with a telecommunication focus preferred; or Equivalent combination of education and experience required. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the following (not an exhaustive list):
Coordinates project development; organizes and plans project goals.Coordinates all activities associated with procuring the construction bid for the site and prepares a standardized bid package. Reviews bids and prepares written recommendations to the Company.Performs inspections at construction/installation job sites.Reports and maintains project compliance including Certificates of Insurance from contractors and verification of licensing.Monitors and directs activities of project contractors, field inspectors, installation technicians, and associated support staff.
