For a like-minded person with the right stuff and roll up your sleeves attitude, we have an excellent career opportunity for a Telco Cost Analyst working onsite with our largest platinum client.

Key responsibilities of the Telco Cost Analyst will include the following:

·        Receiving facility-related and usage invoices from vendors on behalf of our telecom client,

·        Auditing and analyzing the costs associated with invoices,

·        Comparing billed circuits or unbundled loops to the provisioning feed supplied by client,

·        Verifying rates and other cost elements for circuits and unbundled loops on invoices,

·        Analyzing usage bills to verify rates and compare traffic in CDR feeds to traffic on bills,

·        Filing and negotiating billing disputes with vendors,

·        Researching contract or tariff information to determine the legitimacy of the rates

·        Performing account reconciliation.

This position will involve extensive data querying and a complex understanding of telecom carrier access cost issues. OJT will be provided.

Required Education and Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Statistics,

·        1+ years of experience working in telecom or an auditing environment is preferable,

·        Previous telecom direct access cost auditing experience will put your resume at the top of the list,

·        Superior software PC skills, especially in MS Excel, Access and Word,

·        A mind and a knack for details,

·        Any SQL, Oracle or BillTrak Pro experience is helpful.
