Telecom Design Engineer for their Information Technology Department.

Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven knowledge and experience with Avaya Voice Communication Infrastructure including S8700, S8300, G700, G650, G3r, Modular Messaging, CMS, Avaya Interaction Center, PBX/Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) is required.

• Knowledge and experience with Vector / VDN programming

• Knowledge of VoIP and contact center solutions Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

• Minimum 5-7 years proven experience in large global enterprise telephony environment performing in a design role influencing technology selection, projects, and architectures

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience working in previous operations role highly recommended • Avaya Telephony certifications are strongly recommended.

• Significant experience and / or certifications in Project Management (PMI) a plus
