Telecom Business Analyst/systems Engineer

Ameritraining, Inc. is searching for an experienced Business Analyst/System Engineer for our major Telecom Client. This is an hourly contract position expected to last 24 months. If selected, a background and drug screen will be required.

Position Description:
Responsibilities of this Position includes user system requirements development/documentation; process development/documentation; desk level procedures/job aid writing and training.  Knowledge of IP and VPN networking, developing/writing business requirements for systems and writing desk level procedures for operations are required.  Some desired skills are:  Cisco Certification, working knowledge of provisioning process and experience in telecom working with global networks and experience working with non-US access providers.

Skills Needed for this Position:

1)      Knowledge of IP and VPN Networking

2)      CISCO Certification

3)      Working knowledge of Telecom ordering process

4)      Working knowledge or Telecom provisioning process

5)      Experience in Telecom working with global networks

6)      Experience working with non-US access providers

7)      Developing/writing business requirements for systems

8)      Writing desk level procedures (DLP) for operations
