iPLAN / Hub Integration Project Resource Requisition

Role: Senior Business/Data Analyst

USP Information Management is seeking a Senior Business/Data Analyst with strong data analysis skills. Analyst candidates must have the following:

• BS or BA or 7-10 years in IT systems development or analysis

• Experience with pharmaceutical customer master data and analysis of same

• Analysis of large amounts of data using analytical criteria and business rules to develop recommendations for processing

• Experience with MS office  applications (e.g. Excel or Access) which may support the analysis of data through sorts, queries and/or filtering processes

• Familiarity with Customer Master database models

• Working knowledge of Oracle Databases

• Understanding of the Promotional meetings business process

• Business process analysis experience with a focus on Sales force systems

• Ability to work independently focusing on delivery

• Strong communication skills both written and oral and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 

• Ability to compile and present recommendations/findings in reports and/or summary format with concise representations of statistics

• Thorough understanding of matching and merging rules for Customer Data

Candidate responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Analysis of customer data in existing system promotional meetings management system and Customer Master database

• Recommendations for merging process of customer records

• Interfacing with client SME and application support / development teams

• Developing or supporting the development of business rules and verification criteria to compare records to determine possible matches

• Deliver milestones against a project plan and provide periodic status reports

• Development or support of requirements documents

• Development or support of development of business or operational processes
