Description:
Are you a Technical Support professional who loves challenges and has strong experience in troubleshooting and supporting applications over the phone? Volt is searching for a Technical Support Specialist to provide high volume support for a premier Colorado Springs employer. This would be a potential contract to direct opportunity for the right candidate. The individual in this position would perform the following duties: Provide first-level application support to customers, pertaining to software functionality and internet connectivity. Contribute to overall success of the customer, the support team and the company. Meet monthly performance objectives in the areas of service quality, accuracy and efficiency. Escalates to and works with Support Engineering to resolve complex support issues. Document and log support issues and subsequent resolution in CRM tool. Create knowledge base articles to address frequently asked questions.

Requirements:
2+ years phone based technical support experience or applicable education. High level of customer service skills. Strong ability to multi-task and think independently. Must have completely clear 7 year background. Must also be flexible with shifts.

Type: CONTRACT
Duration: 180 - 365 Days
Pay Rate: $12.00 - $16.00 Hourly DOE
