Title: Technical Sales Executive

Position Location: Position will require travel and potentially some training in Boise, Idaho. However, the base location could be in the state of California, or the Seattle, Washington area depending on the local area of the chosen candidate.

The Technical Sales Executive role is designed for a motivated individual who desires to grow and advance within our dynamic, progressive technology company. Successful candidate will be responsible for the direct sales of Adecco Engineering & Technical’s Managed Service Programs and Test Labs.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a full pipeline of qualified sales prospects by:
o        Cultivating networking partners

o        Belonging to industry associations

o        Leveraging direct marketing and telemarketing resources

o        Personal prospecting and market/territory research
Generate new accounts, from customers who are not currently working with Adecco Technical. Identify customer business needs and develop appropriate Managed Service Solutions or Test Lab business. Act as a business resource to the customer and provide “industry expert” executive level selling practices while delivering clear differentiation from competitor offerings
Requirements:
Five years minimum sales experience in the technology services sector. Preference will be given to individuals with prior selling of Software/Firmware test labs. Knowledge of firmware test methodologies Comfortable presenting our company’s services to all levels of client management Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience creating proposals and developing networking partners Ability to develop sales strategy for complex accounts. Must have ability to travel around the region
