The Enterprise Information Management Division focuses on enterprise business integration. It covers the complete lifecycle of information management, from initial strategy and technology selection, through design and deployment, to long-term support and iterative improvement. This division consists of practices in Master Data Management, Analytics and Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
Job Description:
The Project Manager for the Master Data Management Practice will lead a team of 5-10 people in the implementation (and on-going growth) of a back-end infrastructure, including data integration, master data management, and a data warehouse. The Project Manager will be interfacing with client executives and third party vendors to plan, staff, and execute project phases.
The incumbent will work with the Program Manager and other team leads to coordinate overall program and project implementation. He/she will work with the Practice Lead to strategize for current and future engagements. The Project Manager will be responsible of securing additional client engagements for PPC.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following:
· Bachelors degree
· 10+ years overall industry experience with a minimum of 5 years Project Management Experience
· 5-8 years of relevant Enterprise Information Management experience, including data integration, data warehousing, master data management, data governance, business intelligence and database design and management
· Demonstrated history of managing, guiding and mentoring people
· Previous roles as Project Manager or Functional Lead of mid to large size EIM projects
· Solid background in data management, including application development
· Thought Leader in the area of Master Data Management / Data Governance as well as in Data Warehousing, Data Integration and Business Intelligence
· Experience with authoring Statements of Work, staffing (including working with sub-contractors), invoice approval, and project budgeting and monitoring
· Demonstrated ability to grow a client presence through becoming a trusted advisor
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written as well as strong organizational ability
