The Technical Product Manager, Partner Solutions will drive feature requirement definition and evangelize the adoptions of RightNow integration tools within the partner channel. Promotion of the RightNow Integration Tools will be driven through the online Partner Community and direct contact with identified partners
The ideal candidate for this position possesses an in-depth knowledge of leading edge corporate CRM systems, is versed in developing and consuming a software toolkit and, has actively worked with a Partner Channel team to develop successful partner solutions.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Requirements
Applicant must have 4+ years of direct and recent technical product design experience with a major software company.Must have experience leading technical design responsibility for at least one major product release which included a public API. Must be experienced at creating all related technical documentation to support a public API delivered to a Partner channel.Must be able to demonstrate domain expertise in the area of Partner API definition, API and tools creation and, online Partner community content creation.Requires experience with, and be able to demonstrate, use of Web Services, C#/.NET, Java and, web application in a Partner integration role. Strong project management skills.Excellent presentation, written communications, and customer interaction skills are a must.A technical degree or equivalent experience in the technical design of commercially available software. Knowledge of contact center technologies and operations.

Applicant must be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of their analysis and documentation skills (via project presentation).Have experience gathering, writing and communicating detailed requirements.Be self-motivated, organized, flexible, customer focused and have a strong understanding of contact center business operations.Be technical and proficient in complex system design and architecture.Excellent presentation, written communications, and customer interaction skills are a must.Be experienced with joint Partner delivered system design and implementation.Have working experience with reporting, analytic and business intelligence tools.An understanding of the technical analyst function and how to successfully drive requirements through the product lifecycle.A proven desire to work as a team member.Have recent experience writing software in three or more application languages.
