Work for a major cable provider as a Network Specialist. Position located in Middletown, NY Position will provide technical support to commercial customers, provides telephone technical support for call center, sales department and commercial services. Will interface with prospective and existing commercial service customers to provide on-site support with customer problems and issues. Qualified candidates must have a bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of personal computers and client software in addition to extensive understanding of network architecture as it relates in residential and business applications.
