Primary Responsibilities for this position include: • Manage technical and quality work to support sales, marketing and product development with key customers in North America. • Understand and provide up-to-date market information to marketing, technical and manufacturing teams to facilitate the development of new, improved products for the Hygiene and related markets. • Collaborate with and participate on global business team. • Continuously grow and apply technical and marketing expertise. • Ensure timely and effective resolution of trade issues. • Responsibilities may also include sales account management. Education Required - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Education Preferred - Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience and Skills Required: • Minimum 5 years experience in development or application of technology for consumer goods marketplace. • Strong communications skills, teamwork, and customer focus. • Successful negotiation skills. • Ability to function independently with limited guidance. Experience and Skills Preferred: • Broad skills and background in the development or application of technology for companies serving the Hygiene Marketplace. • Experience working directly with or for key companies in the Hygiene Market. • Experience with a variety of materials technologies. • Experience working with internal sales and marketing staff.
