Help Sentinel Process Systems, Inc. continue be a leader in the Maryland and Virginia Pharmaceutical & BioTech Manufacturing Support industry by being our ideal Sales Engineer who adds value for our customers through a superior, technical based service approach; you will need to identify your customers current and future component or equipment requirements; effectively represent our branded and well respected manufacturers ultimately providing technical product, service, and equipment support; you will be asked to establishes new accounts and while servicing some of our best established, high volume, top accounts; and most importantly, introduce exciting new technologies to grow the business!
Our Candidates Qualifications:
Ideally, you have some experience in the High Purity or Pharmaceutical Process Equipment Sales area. Any Life Science Sales experience such as lab equipment or supplies or sales of any Products or Services to the Pharmaceutical, R&D or Biotech industry is very desirable.
Alternatively, you know the customer base, industry or the processes and will be ready to 'hit the ground running' once you are trained on our products.
You are ready to be trained in the PA office as well as at customer locations with one of our most effective Sales Engineers; however, you must be willing and have the ability to work on your own to learn the products, customers and territory. A home office space will be very helpful.
You will need to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings with an ability to adjust the message to match the audience and environment.
You have the ability to learn to solve problems by gathering information and evaluating options.
You are able to present information effectively and persuasively to a technical audience.
Know how to explain a technical product offering and its unique features and benefits. Get familiar with our competitors' products and be able to challenge their benefits.
Work with our top customers to gather product and operational requirements which allows us to work together to provide effective solutions.
Have an ability to understand Life Science technologies and grasp challenging technical issues.
You have the ability to make it happen - YOU ARE A HUSTLER!
Possess a BS or equivalent. An Engineering, Technical or Life Science Degree is a big advantage.

Due to our effectiveness, we are often asked to work with customers in other markets within the US and internationally as well.
Today, we service the Maryland and Virginia regions from our PA facility. If you are sucessful and continue to grow our presence and market share in these areas, we will look to establish a local office to help support you and our local clients.
Our current Locations:
Our 3 current office and warehouse locations are conveniently located in the suburbs of Philadelphia (Hatboro, PA), Boston (Marlboro, MA) and Raleigh (Cary, NC). Each facility has easy access to our major customers via modern highways or turnpikes. Each of these metro areas contain significant opportunities for sales growth as well. The current Sales opportunity with the company exists within our MidAtlantic (MD/VA) market reporting to the Hatboro, PA branch.
