Production Supervisor

You will be responsible for individual and team development, quality performance, cost parameters, and service to customers (internal and external).  This individual is responsible for a team of individuals with varying levels of experience and education.  In-depth training in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes, and assists team members in solving problems and improving performance. 

 

 

Requirements to be successful: 

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or related technical field from four-year college or university REQUIRED. 4+years in a Supervisor position with responsibility of a minimum of 12+ people that directly report to you. Your Supervisor experience has been in an intense manufacturing environment that produces food or beverage products in cans, bottles, or plastic containers. OR you have supervisory experience in a similar environment. You have a strong desire to succeed, and also help others to do the same. You also are looking to earn promotions, and to grow with the company. Your career has been progressive. (promotions, and professional growth)
