Financial Institution is looking for a Tax Director who wants to take on responsibilities related to financial reporting and general analysis of banking operations. This Tax Director will be developed in the areas that are non-tax related. Specific job responsibilities include implementing tax strategy, assess tax risk, tax provision calculation, stay updated on current regulations, preparation of federal and state returns, coordinate all aspects of external and tax audits, and report to the Board of Directors on key tax issues. Requires BS in Accounting with a CPA. This position allows for professional growth and opportunity to be a key member of this financial institution.
