Preparation of work papers and Federal and State tax returns using industry-leading technology Collaboration and communication with clients and other Howe & Company staff at all levels of the organization Continual development of skills and knowledge Providing constructive input to improve firm operations

Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

CPA or CPA candidate with 1 - 3 years public accounting tax experience Exposure to partnership, corporate, individual and trust taxation Comfortable and confident in assuming increasing client contact and management responsibilities
