Description

Electric Boat is seeking a tax professional to work in its Tax Department. This position will report to the Tax Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of the preparation of Corporate, Federal and State, Income, Sales, Property and other tax returns. This position will also conduct some tax research, and prepare internal reports for management regarding the tax effect of transactions. It will also be responsible for preparing journal entries required to maintain the tax accounts in the financial statement reporting system.

Required Education and Training

Bachelor of Business Administration required. Master's in Tax and/or CPA preferred. CPA or corporate tax or Finance experience preferred.   

Experience

Experience with Corptax and Hyperion would be a plus. Four years related experience in either Finance, tax or accounting required.
