About the Position:We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate, Tax Manager, Supervising Senior Auditor and Staff Auditor to join our team of professionals.
The Senior Tax Associate is responsible for the delivery of a full range of tax services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include interacting closely with clients to provide innovative tax preparation, planning, consulting, and compliance expertise.
The candidate must be a CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting; specialization and/or post-graduate degree in Taxation is preferred. Must have 4+ years of progressive federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting. Experience must include corporate, S-corp, and/or partnership returns. International tax experience is a plus. We are seeking candidate with excellent communication, analytical and technical skills. Computer proficiency, including knowledge of tax software, is required.

The Tax Manager is responsible for the delivery of a full range of tax services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include interacting closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise; providing primary and secondary review of tax returns; developing and managing staff; and working closely with principals and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities.
The candidate must be a CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's in Taxation is preferred. Must have 5+ years of progressive federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting. Experience in corporate, S-corp and/or partnership returns is required. International tax experience is a plus. Must have strong management skills and the ability to develop staff in an interactive team environment. We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Staff Auditor is responsible for performing audit work with minimal supervision and performing risk assessments. Other responsibilities include: revise and/or prepare audit programs, conduct interviews and perform background investigations, draft initial report and management letter, design and implement CAATS, provide limited supervision, prepare necessary memos and status reports, review workpapers prepared b the staff and ensure that the engagement is finished on time.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of audit experience. CPA and/or CIA certification or work toward certification is required. Must have 40 hours of CPE training.

The Supervising Senior Auditor is responsible for supervision, instruction and guidance of staff auditors, including supervising multiple engagements, performing risk assessments and revision/preparation of audit programs. In addition, the Supervising Senior Auditor will: assist in setting and monitoring deadliens, supervise drafting of the initial report and mangement letter, develop budgets, assist the management team with administrative duties and lead more complex and highly confidential engagements.
The successful candidate has 3+ years of senior level audit experience in a public accounting environment. Must be knowledgable in applicable AICPA standards. In addition, the successful candidate will have passed a portion of one or more of the major exams: CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, CCIFP, CISM.
