The Systems Training Operations Specialist is under the direction and guidance of the Manager, Hospital Systems Training, this position will be responsible for the assessment, development, delivery and evaluation of classroom and clinical instruction in system related Health Care Training Programs for Physicians, Patient Care Services and other Ancillary groups. Additionally this position will be responsible for evaluating and measuring training effectiveness post-classroom training and evaluation, and administering on-the-job-training and knowledge assessment in the individual hospital units.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field preferred, and clinical experience. Advanced degree in business, organization development, or health-related field preferred. Five -eight years of recent progressive experience in training. Extensive experience in a healthcare environment, to include extensive physician and nursing interaction in a clinical environment. Recent experience in interdisciplinary training development program in an academic healthcare institution supporting a clinical systems-related implementation supporting both direct patient care providers and physicians preferred.

Skills: Good stand up delivery, facilitation skills. Good working knowledge of KIDS (PCS and Physician). Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Excellent active listening skills. Ability to work comfortably in an extremely fluid environment. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to organize and lead a team effort.
